Shipping Policy

In short: every print is made to order in St. John's, Newfoundland, in up to 7 business days,
then shipped in about 2–7 business days within Canada. Shipping is free on orders of
$75.00 or more.
Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. Customers in Newfoundland and Labrador can choose free local pickup in St. John's at checkout.
How long it takes
- Making your order: up to 7 business days. Each print is printed and finished by hand.
- Delivery: usually 2–7 business days within Canada after it ships; allow a few days more for the United States.
- We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
What it costs
- Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more (CAD), anywhere we ship.
- Below that: $14.99 anywhere in Canada; to the United States $14.99, or $27.99 on orders over $54.25.
- Local pickup in St. John's is free.
- You see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Orders to the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the carrier on delivery.
Damaged in transit
Every print is packed to travel safely. If anything arrives damaged, email mail@hancock.gallery within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or refund it — see our Return Policy.
