Return Policy

In short: you can return an order within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, we'll reprint it or refund you at no cost to you.

Returns within 7 days

You may return a print within 7 days of the date it was delivered. To be accepted, a returned item must be:

unused, undamaged and not hung on a wall;
in its original packaging, or packed as well as it arrived; and
sent back after you have contacted us (see How to return below).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, has a printing or framing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at mail@hancock.gallery with your order number, photos of the problem, and a photo of the box if it was damaged in transit. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay to send it back.

How to return

Email mail@hancock.gallery within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it with a tracked shipping service. Items lost or damaged on the way back to us can't be refunded.

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by you. For a damaged, defective or wrong item, we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us (or of approving a damage claim).
For change-of-mind returns we refund the price of the item; the original shipping charge is not refunded.
For damaged, defective or wrong items we refund the full amount, shipping included.

Exchanges

We don't swap items directly. Return the item as above and place a new order for the one you'd like.
